Tiptel B.V. (hereinafter referred to as: tiptel) offers many different products and services, including:

We believe it is important that our service is personal, simple and reliable. We are therefore constantly looking for ways to improve this and tailor it as much as possible to your personal needs.
In order to provide you with the best possible service, it is important that we have insight into which products and services you purchase from us. In the use you make of our products and services, even if you do not purchase all your products or services from tiptel. We link the information we have of you to be able to quickly and adequately address your questions, reports (eg about a disruption in your services) and complaints.

If you purchase multiple products or services from us, there may be advantages attached to this. We would like to point out these benefits. We also process your data for this.

In this privacy statement we have listed for you how we deal with your personal data. You can read what data we process about you and what influence you can exercise on it yourself. This privacy statement is made up of several paragraphs.
This privacy statement applies to all data that we process about you in the context of the products and services that tiptel brings to the market in the Netherlands. The statement applies to all customers of tiptel.
1. Who is responsible for the processing of your data?
The person responsible for the processing of your data is: Tiptel B.V., Marconiweg 4, 3899 BR in Zeewolde.
2. What data do we process from you?
For example, if you contact us: if you ask a question by telephone, via a tiptel website or via social media, we will record the question. This commitment is necessary to be able to meet the demand

tiptel processes your data in the first place to provide you with our services. For processing applications, establishing a delivery of goods, sending a bill, a note request, reminders and dealing with fault reports or complaints, processing of your data is necessary. Without processing your data, we can not deliver our goods and services to you.
3.2 Meeting legal obligations
tiptel is obliged by law to provide your details to third parties. You can think of providing data in the context of a criminal investigation, to competent authorities.
3.3 Improvement of and information about goods and services and trend analysis
tiptel processes your personal and usage data in order to improve our services and to inform you about the possible uses of the services and products you purchase from us, unless you have objected to them.
tiptel conducts research into trends in the market through statistical analyzes. We use the information we obtain from these analyzes to evaluate our current products and services portfolio and our processes and to adjust them based on new developments. These research results are not used for marketing and sales activities specifically aimed at you. We use your personal and user data for this, unless you have objected to this.
3.4 Marketing and sales activities, provision to third parties
tiptel processes your personal and usage data for marketing and sales activities (even after termination of the contract) for the benefit of your own services, unless you have objected to this. Your details will be processed by tiptel for making offers, unless you have objected to an approach via letter, SMS, e-mail or telephone. You can indicate this separately. For more information about this see 6.3 of this Privacy statement.
tiptel does not provide your information to third parties for marketing, sales and other business activities. Insofar as data are provided to third parties for the benefit of their activities, this will only be done in such an anonymous and aggregated form that they can in no way be traced back to your person.
3.5 Debt collection, sales of receivables
In the context of the collection of our invoices, we use third parties such as a credit insurer and collection agencies. In case of closure due to non-payment we can do our
transfer claims to such third parties. In that case, your details, insofar as these are necessary to be able to collect the claim, are also provided to these third parties.
3.6 How long do we keep your data?
tiptel does not store your data longer than legally permitted and / or necessary for the purposes for which your data is processed. How long certain data is stored depends on the nature of the data and the purposes for which it is processed. The storage period can therefore differ per goal.
3.7 What do we do with your data after the retention period?
Your personal data will be deleted after the retention period has expired.
4. Tiptel websites
4.1 What data do we process from you?
When you visit our website (s) we process the following data from you:
■ Your IP address, the type and language of your browser, the time of your visit and the web address from which you reached our website, the pages you look at, the links (links) you click on and the other actions that you undertake. We do this through cookies. More information about the cookies we use and the choices you can make here can be found below.
■ On some tiptel websites we ask for additional personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or a telephone number. When you make a purchase or subscribe to a paid service, we ask you for additional information, such as your bank account number. In addition, sometimes data will be requested, such as your zip code and gender.
■ If you want to access the Partnerweb you have to sign in with a username and a password. At the first registration you will receive a temporary password from us for this. You have to convert this to your own password and from that moment on we no longer have access to your password and can not change it.
4.2 Cookies & Webtracking

WEB TRACKING

We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The tool recognizes company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies to evaluate user behavior on our website and the tool processes domains from form entries (e.g. "Leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services. 4.3.What do we do with your data?

tiptel engages third parties with certain services for the benefit of the network. tiptel also sells its products and services through its selected partners. For this purpose tiptel provides contact details and usage data to its partners.

tiptel is obliged by law to provide your details to third parties in some cases. You can think of the provision of data in the context of a criminal investigation, to competent authorities, or to copyright holders, eg in the context of a judicial investigation into illegal downloading.
6. Your rights (Inspection, Correction, Resistance)
6.1 Access to your data
You have the right to inspect your personal data. This means that you can request which personal data is registered for you and for which purposes that data is used.
You can submit a request for inspection by contacting us in writing or by email. If there is a request for inspection, Tiptel reserves the right to ask you to identify you in order to prevent the provision of information to unlawful persons. If tiptel finds that there are exceptionally many requests for inspection by one and the same natural person, it reserves the right to proceed with the charging of any administrative costs.

6.2. Correction of your data
You have the right to have your personal data corrected if they are incorrect. You can contact us in the manner indicated under Section 7 Contact. You will receive a written response within 4 weeks.
If there is a request for correction, Tiptel reserves the right to ask you to identify you in order to prevent the incorrect adjustment of data. If tiptel finds that there are exceptionally many requests for correction from one and the same natural person, it reserves the right to proceed with the charging of any administrative costs.
6.3 Right of opposition, permission to process your data
You may object to the processing of your personal data by tiptel if your personal data are used for purposes other than necessary for the execution of an agreement or necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation. For example, you can object to the use of your personal data for analysis, marketing and sales activities.
You can do this by contacting us in the manner indicated under Section 7 Contact. For certain more privacy-sensitive categories of data, we may only use this data with your explicit consent for purposes other than those necessary for the execution of an agreement or necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation.
You can lodge an objection against tiptel's approach for purposes other than necessary for the execution of an agreement or necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation. For example, you can object to an approach to sales activities.
You can object separately to the following forms of approach:

■ e-Commerce
You can contact us in the manner indicated under Section 7 Contact. tiptel will process your objection as soon as possible. However, some time may pass before your objection is processed in all files. In that period you may still be approached.
6.4 Right to forgetfulness
In some cases you are entitled to removal of your personal data. You have previously (explicitly) given permission to tiptel for the use of your data, but you are withdrawing that permission now. tiptel will then delete this data.
If there is a request for oblivion, Tiptel reserves the right to ask you to identify you in order to prevent the execution of unwanted actions.
6.5 Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data that you have tiptel. This way you can easily pass on this data to another supplier of the same type of service. You can also ask tiptel to transfer the data directly to another organization.
If you wish to make use of your right to data portability, you can submit a request by contacting us in writing or by email. If there is a request for data portability, Tiptel reserves the right to ask you to identify you in order to prevent the provision of information to unlawful persons.
